By purchasing and participating in this guarantee, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The 90-Day Confidence Guarantee is available only to customers who:
- Purchase directly from the official STRENOVA website at www.strenovahair.com;
- Are purchasing STRENOVA for personal use only;
- Submit a claim within the required claim period outlined below;
- Comply with all requirements listed in these Terms & Conditions.
The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, household, payment method, and shipping address.
2. Guarantee Period
Customers must use the product consistently for a minimum period of ninety (90) consecutive days before submitting a claim.
Claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after the end of the 90-day usage period.
3. Consistent Use Requirement
To qualify for the guarantee, customers must demonstrate reasonable and consistent use of the product in accordance with STRENOVA’s recommended usage instructions.
Failure to follow usage directions, inconsistent use, misuse, or combining the product with conflicting treatments may affect eligibility.
4. Required Evidence
To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase;
- Order number;
- Before and after photographs taken approximately 90 days apart;
- A brief explanation of product usage and experience;
- Photographs of the product bottle(s), including remaining contents if requested.
STRENOVA reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is not provided.
5. Refund Terms
If a claim is approved, STRENOVA may, at its discretion:
- Provide a partial refund;
- Provide a full refund of the product purchase price; or
- Offer store credit or an alternative resolution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds apply only to the original purchase price paid for eligible STRENOVA products and do not include third-party transaction fees, customs duties, taxes, or other associated costs.
6. Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply:
- To purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, stockists, or resellers;
- To promotional giveaways or gifted products;
- Where products have been misused, altered, resold, or used inconsistently;
- Where claims are deemed fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or made in bad faith;
- To customers who have previously submitted a guarantee claim.
7. Important Disclaimer
Individual experiences may vary. STRENOVA does not guarantee hair growth, hair regrowth, prevention of hair loss, or specific cosmetic or therapeutic outcomes.
Results can vary depending on factors including genetics, medical conditions, hormones, stress, lifestyle, age, nutrition, scalp condition, and consistency of use.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Right to Refuse or Modify
STRENOVA reserves the right to:
- Refuse claims that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
- Request additional information before approving a claim;
- Suspend, modify, or discontinue the guarantee at any time without notice for future purchases.
Any changes will not affect claims relating to eligible purchases made before the updated terms take effect.
